The Highland ATR is a project of the County of Alameda. The County uses this information to identify site performance needs to ensure compatibility with the technology used by its visitors, and to improve services offered on In order to accomplish those goals, the County may conduct statistical analysis of the data collected.

You may choose to provide us with personal information, as in e-mail with a comment or question. We use the information to improve our service to you or to respond to your request. Sometimes we forward your e-mail to other County employees or County consultants or contractors who may be better able to help you.
